The answers you give during the tax check, your name, email address, mobile number and, where relevant, your company name and property postcode. We also record marketing attribution data such as campaign parameters and the page that referred you.

Information submitted through the questionnaire may be used to identify areas of tax relief that could be relevant to you, and to contact you about your enquiry.

Your questionnaire results are indicative only and do not guarantee eligibility, a refund or a tax saving.

Where appropriate, and where you have agreed, your information may be shared with a relevant specialist provider. That specialist provider may contact you about your enquiry. We do not sell your data. Where a specialist contacts you, they act as their own data controller for the advice they provide.
